Ancestral interest ‘visit’ to Wivenhoe/Lilley and Hadley families

My Sister and I are visiting Wivenhoe at the beginning of June to take a look at family places. The Rose and Crown apparently had our Ancestor Solomon Lappage as Landlord in the 17 hundreds. Other names by marriage are Wadley-Ham-Kidby- Oakley-Tracey and many more I’m sure. Grandma Lilley lived in Park Rd. Years ago the ‘webrarian’ gave me lots of ready made family history for which I am ever grateful. Anyway- look out Wivenhoe here we come. Katie Lilley already awaits our visit. Thank you.
