I visited Abergavenny recently, with friends. We stopped a lady with a bike decorated with colourful flowers, and asked her for some recommendations. We followed up her suggestion to eat at the Chapel - which was great - and to visit St Isu's Church at Patricio. We spent a peaceful morning in the church, churchyard and around, what a beautiful place!
If you are that lady, or know her, we wanted to say thank you for responding so kindly to random strangers, and your recommendations are top notch.
