Found: Blue hat: Linda Vista carpark

Hi there,
I was parked in Linda Vista car park and an elderly couple in a blue Polo went past with the hat sitting on the roof. Unfortunately, I hesitated before going after them and by the time I had picked the hat off the road, they were no longer in view. I attempted anyway, travelling up many streets to see if I could locate the couple. But to no avail. I returned to the carpark a short time later in the hopes that they would realise the hat was missing. I waited there for an hour. But I could wait no longer unfortunately.
