Burch family - Ackenthwaite / Haverflatts / Milnthorpe

Hello, Does anyone have any information regarding two established village families - Burch and Fawcett. I know that there must be many family members still living in the area but the extended family tree is rather unknown.. The Fawcett family for 4 generations were linked to engineering, sales and Dallam buses - written about by Roger Bingham. The Burch family were farmers / butchers and had links also with Swarthmoor / Ulverston.
Would welcome any details.
