Job vacancy: APPRENTICE BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
This is an exciting opportunity offering a Level 3 apprenticeship in business administration whilst working in the accounts department of a busy independent Builders Merchant. The successful applicant will combine learning with hands on experience.
The Business Support Team comprises of two departments responsible for providing the financial and administrative aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and compliance matters within the business.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with a one hour lunch. These hours include 8 hours per week that will be dedicated to apprenticeship learning.
The apprenticeship duration is 12 to 15 months, with a view to a permanent post thereafter. Supported by a specialist coach, learners will capture there learning in an online portfolio and a project that demonstrates knowledge, skills and behaviours.
The successful candidate must have GCSE Maths and English at grade C (4) or be prepared to undertake functional Maths and English training as part of their apprenticeship.
Salary will be dependent upon age and experience.
