Dog walkers

Being a responsible dog owner it causes me concern to see a particular dog Walker on Baildon moors with 9 dogs in his care . He had 4 small dogs on leads and 5 large dogs running loose , one beautiful Golden Labrador was on the side of the road having a wee with his lead dangling down , dog Walker had no control if that dog ran into the road.
Dog owners please please be careful who looks after your pets. We have seen this guy before and my husband had to rescue a little dog from the moor road , it was terrified and the Walker didn’t have a clue where it was. Dog walkers should only have up to 6 dogs at any one time.
