Looking for a family address in 1938

I’m researching the Napier family. My Mother lived in Ballygowan as a child before the family moved back to Belfast in 1939. She attended Ballygowan school which is now the Ballygowan Church Halls. My Grandfather was Richard Napier. He was a Blacksmith presumably working in Ballygowan. I’m planning on coming over from England early October in the hope I could see where my Mother lived. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve tried Lennon Wylie and cannot find anything on the 1939 register. Thank you in advance.
