Tailgating past Oaks Park Golf club and Lavender fields

Quite often going past Oaks park Golf Club and then the Lavender Fields in my little Fiesta I will find myself being tailgated by some big van. I don't think it's from the gypsy site.
Going past the Golf club your often stuck behind cyclists on a blind bend or stuck behind someone with no-where to go and then past the lavender field there are often people walking in the road.
I'm surprised there hasn't been a serious accident.
