Carer/companion needed in North Norfolk
A part-time (10-20 hours p/w) carer/companion is required for Nicky, who lives in Blakeney, North Norfolk.
Nicky had a hypoxic brain injury following a cardiac arrest nine years ago. As a result she is dependant on her husband for full time care. We are looking for someone to assist him for part time hours each week.
The role would most suit someone local to Blakeney, but it may also be possible to provide accommodation for someone willing to relocate. The main emphasis of the role is on conversation and companionship. No previous caring experience is needed. Remuneration circa £15 per hour. A starting date as soon as possible is preferred.
