Moving to bolsover

Morning,
I am just after abit of advice please from people who know bolsover area and live here. We are a family of 5 looking to move to bolsover as we have seen a lovely house on mooracre lane. We are moving from ilkeston. I would like to know what bolsover is like, the schools and area info and generally is it a good place to bring up a family? Also areas to avoid etc.
I do like ilkeston and have lived here all my life, as has my husband but the schools amd area arent great. I also recently saw that bolsover has been voted one of the happiest places to live in 2018, hence why we are looking that way. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
