Require qualified tradespeople to undertake the following for supplementary work to be carried out before a new kitchen is installed:-
- to remove existing kitchen units/cupboards.
- existing wall tiles to be removed from wall.
- plaster ceiling and walls and also treat damp patches.
- electrical work to be undertaken inside and outside the the house (security lights required)
- disposal of rubbish.
