Trying to find company for my Mom
Hello there,
I'm posting on behalf of my Mom who lives in Broadstone. She is really quite lonely and cannot get out much, I'm doing the best I can, but wondered if there were any other lonely people who might like to meet for a coffee and a chat. She just needs some company - other than just me - someone to chat to about anything and everything.
If there is some kind of regular get together that she could join, I could probably bring her, (I live in Ferndown) we just don't know what's on where. Ultimately, I'd love if there was as friendship or companionship group that might be able to visit her occasionally.
She loves to have a laugh and wants to adopt a rescue dog for company, (I think she needs someone who can talk back to her) so if anyone has a dog she could pet and has some time for a cuppa and chat, that would be perfect!!!
Any help or suggestions would be welcome.
