digital therapy game that helped my young son with anxiety
hello everyone. I just wanted to share something really wonderful that I've been using with my son who is 10 years old. He has been really struggling with me leaving him, and going to school and his anxiety got worse over lockdown and I didn't know what to do. After speaking to my gp and school I finally came across this new type of digital therapy game that Bromley Y charity were offering for free on their website! I was getting desperate so I gave it a go, and its made such a big difference to his confidence and his anxiety is hardly there! It's an app called Lumi nova. I just wanted to share because my son really enjoyed using it and I learnt so much about how to help him just by using it with him too.
