Help needed finding 2 bed rental property in the Chelmsford area for Expat returning to the UK

A friend of mine is returning to Chelmsford with her small dog at the end of November, after living overseas for the last 4 years (Ticking off her bucket list after reaching 50). She is looking for a 2 bedroom property and can pay 6 months rent in advance, deposits etc. The problem she is having is that rental agents want wage slips etc just to put her on their books, and they also won't accept her as she is currently living outside the UK. It's a catch 22 situation. All property types considered, any help, advice, available properties would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.
