Traffic in Chester City Centre

Hello,
My wife and I are moving to the centre of Chester next Monday (16th) from Wirral. We are going to live in Commonhall Street, CH1 2BJ.
We've been to Chester 3 times recently and never found the same place to park, we ended up walking to the flat viewing.
Can anyone provide a route from Jct 12 of the M56? I can find my way through the maze to Pepper Street but don't know if I can turn right into Cuppin Street.
I could continue to the Grosvenor roundabout and go up Nicholas Street, but can I turn right into Weaver Street?
Any help would be much appreciated.
