Job Summary:
As a Social Media assistant for Crystal Nursery, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy. You will create engaging content, interact with our online community, and monitor performance metrics to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement on social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and adept at leveraging social media for marketing and communication purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop and curate creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Craft visually appealing and child-friendly posts, images, and videos that align with our nursery's values and messaging.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
2. Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive online community by encouraging conversations and interactions among parents, guardians, and followers.
- Address any concerns or feedback in a respectful and empathetic manner.
3. Social Media Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on social media best practices and industry trends.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

5. Photography and Visual Assets:
- Capture and curate high-quality photos and videos of children's activities and events.
