Hello I have Heard pattering of feet in my roof of 3 bedroom Benyon flint stone style semi detached house built 1850.
I have no loft access in any of my rooms , my questions is this , has any one in this style of house got loft access , is it boarded , from which room, how much space. When was it done.
my next concern is there a break wall between the semi in the loft in case of fire & smoke as walls very solid. Has anybody any got any experience of these issues thank your
