Help with a reverse osmosis kit

Hi, I've just installed a motorised reverse osmosis kit under my kitchen sink but the water tank just will not fill up. Frustration is through the roof. Is there anyone who can recommend a really useful person who knows a lot about a 6 stage kit who can help. I've not got a pressure valve on the tank so I can't manually adjust. At the moment it's an expensive waste of money sitting under my sink.
