Need a experienced builder to quote for work re. Damp kitchen floor.

I have damp chipboard in a section at end of kitchen, the rest of kitchen floor has laminate flooring over floorboards. There is a conservatory attached on this end wall which has possible signs of staining but no signs of damp on the concrete floor at skirting! Externally the air bricks appear clear and damp proof evident in brickwork!
Had plumbers x2 and plumbing is sound with no leaks that are visible.
It most probably is moisture rising from below house???
