Workshop space needed!

I'm about to move to Stinsford and am trying to find a lock-up, shed, garage, workshop for my stone carving business.
At the moment I work in a shed at the bottom of the garden. New (rented) house doesn't have one (yet!)
Do you or someone you know have a space big enough for me to use as a workshop?
I can't afford much - £80 max/month ??? (I work 3 jobs and am still on the breadline :/ ) Or maybe I could exchange gardening work (or similar) in lieu of rent?
