Moving to Dunbeath

Hi my wife and myself are looking at moving to Dunbeath. We stay in Fife and have been looking at a few properties in the Dunbeath area and have our hearts set on one but must sell our own first. As much as we have stayed a few times at the caravan site in our motorhome and think this would be a fantastic place to stay can anyone please tell us what its like for jobs shopping etc.
We would like to open a tearoom or café but don't know if that is needed in the area. We would be very grateful for any advice on living and working in Dunbeath.
