New park in Ecclesall

Hi
I was wondering about the possibility of building a park in the Ecclesall area. I know we have a few parks surrounding us but none are within a quick, easy walking distance and it would be great to be able to do this.
I would have come to a meeting to discuss this but am presuming they aren't happening at the moment so thought this was the best plan.
Please could I have some feedback on the feasibility of this?
