Info about land behind our house

Hi everyone, we have just moved into Tanglewood Lodge in Errogie and love your little hamlet. The land behind was part of an planning application some time ago which was refused - woulD loge to know more about this ie likelihood of further applications.
Also does anyone know who owns the woodland next to us? It’s just a gorgeous natural small wooded area.
We feel so privileged to be able to live here among this lovely community.
