Bungalow wanted to rent

My 76 year old sister is looking for a small bungalow in the Garforth area. After being married for 40 years and living in the same home for 36 years, her husband at 78 has decided he wants a Divorce, and move out of the family home and move down south with no warning. My sister has had a solicitors letter from him stating the divorce proceedings have commenced and he wants the family home to go up for sale leaving my sister out in the cold.
