Hi all.  I'm trying to find any record of a Thomas and Elizabeth (possibly spelt Elisabeth) Jamieson (possibly spelt Jameson or Jamison) living in Girvan in the 18th/19th century.  Also, any record of a family with the surname Farrar (again, not sure of the spelling) living in or around Girvan around the same time same time.  Particularly interested to know if either of these families had any connection to Glendoune House in Girvan.  Also, I would like to know if there was a church called St Matthew's in or around Girvan at this time.  I've obviously looked online, but not got very far.  Any help or suggestions gratefully appreciated!  ðŸ˜Š
