Parking over people's drives and blocking them in

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm in Hawthornden Avenue and this happens to me all the time. If my driveway isn't blocked people park directly across from it and I have great difficulty getting my vehicle in and out. It's so frustrating! I don't park across anyone else's drive so I don't understand why other people do it to me. I have a disabled badge and need to have access to my vehicle at all times. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do about this problem ?
