Site to park a caravan year round for a family bolthole

Hi,
We live in North Hampshire and love visiting Hayling Island at the weekend for a family seaside adventure. We are looking to purchase a second hand caravan and would like to base it permanently on Hayling Island (ideally overlooking the sea) so we could escape there most weekends. We don't mind about services on the site, it could literally be a farmers field. Does anyone know of anything available? Having looked at the main caravan parks, they seem to only operate March-Oct, whereas we would like to be able to use our caravan all year round.
