Flowers delivered to wrong flat HELP

My elderly aunt lives at Flat 4 21 North Street, Horncastle, LN9 5DX
She has been very poorly. Yesterday, I organised a florist to deliver some flowers, today,they have not received them and the door they were left outside, is not there’s. I left two telephone numbers for florist to call but apparently they did not get a call.
Bit of a long shot, but would really appreciate your help.
