For sale: Puddings Made in Tavistock

We are a local pudding making company based in Tavistock and yesterday we were here in Kingsbridge at your "Kingsbridge Celebrates Christmas" market and it was fantastic.  The warm welcome we received from the public was amazing.  We had a great trading day and so much so that a local business has agreed to stock our products immediately.  Everything about our company is about fresh local flavours.  Here are some of the puddings that we currently hand make, 70% chocolate, fennel and ganache, apple, caramel and a hint of indian black pepper and marmelade, whisky and kumquats.  All our puddings are gluten free and have a soft centre.  We are also selling our traditional christmas puddings, taken from a receipe dating back from the 17th century.    We use local local apple brandy and vintage cider and other locally sourced ingredients.  What makes our puddings so special is that they are vegan and vegetarian friendly, gluten, dairy and meat free.  Packaging is very important to us, so much so that we include a crunchy topping with every order.  If you would like any more information please contact us on this Local Forum.  Regards Julie & Kevin Hartley
