Finding a vet

Hi everyone. Well, after 4 fraught months, we are finally moving to Kinnerley on the 7th January! I would be very grateful for recommendations for a vet practice. We have two horses, two goats, three afghan hounds and a saluki, so would need an agricultural practice as well as small animal. I would like to register before we move just in case any problems occur en-route and I need a vet quickly.
