Moving to Knockholt.

Hi Everyone,
My wife and I am looking to move to Knockholt, possibly next year but wanted to find out all the usually things beforehand.
We are hoping for some information regarding whether Knockholt is a safe place to live and what peoples experiences of Knockholt are, good or bad.
We are hoping to purchase some land for self build so if anyone has any experience or contacts in this area that would be really helpful.
As much information on the area and lifestyle would be much appreciated.
