Wind Turbine at the old Leeds City College - Horsforth Campus

Hi,
I am trying to trace anyone who was involved with this wind turbine at the old Horsfotrth College. I am potentially going to buy one from a salvage company and understand that it originally came from the college when it closed down. I am going to install it in Pudsey, so a chat with anyone who was involved with the maintenance / running of this would be greatly appreciated.
