Have you ever heard the saying "as much help as DIARRHOEA on a nudist beach" both the council and enviromental health have written to him telling him that he is allowed to park his truck on his driveway, but he is not allowed to sort out the scrap and rubbish on the premisies as it's a dwelling house, if he wanted to apply to the planning department for a 'change of use' to business premisies, but it won't be allowed as its close to many other properties..But being the type of person he is he just ignores them ! I have three covert cctv cameras on the front and rear of our home that also record sound (they are very sensertive and will pick up a 'mouse passing wind) He used to threaten me with physical violence until i showed him just what my system can do. You cannot see any of the cameras and there's no warning signs. What's the point of having a cctv system and letting people know ??? He will fall flat on his rear when I have sufficent indisputable evidence foe the courts to take action, the fines can be up to £5000.00 and before you ask yes I have a solicitor involved (she just happens to be my 3 daughters) If anyone's interested I'll keep you informed.     Kimi.

We all deserve to live our lives without intrusion. 

Thankyou for that, at last someone who can understand what my poor wife an I are going through. We don't need this idiot spoiling our lives (I'm 64 and my wife is 63) especially as we are getting on a bit, 15 years ago before my health problems became really bad (Acute Rhumatoid Arthritus and  heart problems, I had 'open heart surgery' not long ago) I would have taught him a few very painful lessons or two, becaust this idiot is only 25ft from our patio doors and my poor wife loves her garden and plants etc, but he spoils her peace. We can't even sit in our garden in an evening as he likes to sort out all the scrap and waste he has collected that day, still we do our best and try to ignore him, especially when he's shouting threats, like he's going. to get his mates to spread it arround Maltby that I'm a pervert. But we are still here and will get him out of his rented home (private unfortunatly) eventually as other neighbours are also getting fed up of him, unfortunatly they are scared of him.... I'M NOT !!!!!

Please take my advice. Don’t engage in threatening behaviour as there is only one outcome. 

I know it is hard but try to disengage with him. Health is more important than conflict. 

I have had bad neighbours in the past. The more you get involved the deeper the problem.

Like I tried to explain to you, I'm too old, disabled and far too ill for fistycuffs, that's why I invested in a 'covert survellenc e system'  he now knows not to try threats, intimadation and or violencece !
