Moving to Cornwall

Hello,
I have lived in the States all my life but was born in England and would like to retire in Cornwall one day. I am looking for a fishing village with an artist community and situated near the train station and other modes of public transportation. I love the Coastal Paths and would love to hear about life in Mevagissey or other villages where artists reside. Thanks!
