Looking for company to go on walks
Since Covid I have been working from home and continue to do so most days of the week which has meant my lifestyle is sitting on a chair all day and then off to bed - no exercise and as I'm not one for going to the gym, I have slowly put weight on and feel so unhealthy.
Although I have colleagues at work I seem to have become quite isolated, and would really like to improve my lifestlye.
I'm not a big exercise type of person and thought by going for walks in the evening and weekend would be a start.
I am married but my husband is not well enough or motivated enough to keep me company and as I don't want to wander around on my own, I am hoping by joining this website I might find someone or a group I can join.
