Job vacancy: Customer Support / Administrator
I run a local recruitment software business and, due to recent high growth, I am looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support / Administrator to help my clients with their software setup and ongoing support. I want to ensure that their recruitment experience is as good as we can make it.
To be successful in this job you will need to:
- Be familiar with using a computer (PC or Mac) and IT in general.
- Have an excellent telephone manner. This is essential, so if you’ve worked in any type of customer service role in the past that would definitely be an advantage.
- Be enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
- Be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, while using correct grammar and spelling.
- Be able to attend our office in Milnathort for at least the first 2 weeks.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience of staff recruitment.
