2pm Monday 27th September Saint Pauls Church room, Egerton Road, M309LR - beginners.
7pm Thursday 7th October Monton Unitarian church hall, Monton Green, M308AP will be beginners and progress to intermediate.
Price £7.
This will be Covid safe, please provide your vaccine status, we will take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitiser, please bring all your own equipment. Please dress warmly as we will have doors open and good ventilation.

This exercise class is led by physiotherapist Liz Yeates, who has many years of experience.
This is gentle exercise which will work on stretching, balance and your core strength and stability. It is suitable for those who have had injuries such as low back/shoulder pain and can be adapted for most people so long as you can get down onto the floor.
