looking for information on the Peers family who were farmers in neston late 1800s and early to mid 1900s

Hi, My relatives include Harry Peers and Jack Peers who owned the farms Oaklands and Brook House, Fiveways, around 1930s and earlier. I also had a relative called Barbara Peers who was a spinster who lived at The Paddock in her later years. I believe 3 sisters ? of Harry lived across the field from Brook House at Penebrynn house. Jack was married to Ada Clarkson who was the sister of my nan Lila Clarkson Rowan. I've been trying to find photos/info about the above farms/houses and any pictures /info on relatives.If anyone can help?
