Wednesday Weekly Promenade Walk

This is a regular Wednesday weekly walk from 11 January until 26 April. We will meet at the Swimming Centre (cafe upstairs) at 10.15 for walk commencing at 10.30; walk along the Prom for up to 30 minutes, and end at a local cafe for a cuppa and a chat. The walk is run by Ageing Well and are open to all lucky enough to be over 45.

This walk is designed for all who want to start walking, or recuperating from surgery, and meet like minded individuals. Nobody will be forced to walk further or faster than they can comfortably manage. The walks are led by trained, experienced volunteers.
