What is the best public transport route to Ramsey from London?

I would like to get to Ramsey with Public Transport , Train, Bus, could anyone advise my best route I am thinking Liverpool Street to Harwich, but need to know how to get from Harwich to Ramsey? Bus numbers would be most useful I am heading to Tinker Street.
