suspected rat poison

I found something that looked like rat poison in the crouch gardens. Just want everyone to be vigilant and keep an eye out. It was found in the lawn in the section where there is a set of steps that goes down to a gate that can not be opened. All the pieces were found together within the circumference of a 1-penny piece.
