is the shoreline between seaton and lyme regis fully submerged at any time around this time of year, say from now 'till end of summer?

if someone were to spend all day and night on the shore (the beach) between seaton and lyme regis is there a danger that they might encounter a fully submerged section of the shore? if so then what areas are at risk from this and what areas are safe. thanks.
