Understanding Solihull Residents Perception's of the Impact of the HS2 Rail on Local Housing Prices

Hi!
I am a third year geography student at the University of Birmingham collecting data for my dissertation.
I am looking for any Solihull residents that own property within the Solihull area to participate in a short questionnaire (5mins), regarding their perception the proposed HS2 line will have on their property price.
This questionnaire aims to assess local resident engagement with the HS2 project, and to document the views/perceptions which local homeowners have that are often overlooked by the top down approach taken by the government.
