Morris Dibben are happy to charge high rent but when it comes to fixing boilers they are ridiculously slow. How long does it take to get someone to fix a boiler? 1 year? more? It has taken the company 2 years to fix a boiler. When it comes to a choice between letting someone freeze and saving a few pounds guess which is more important. No hot water, heating. No showers or bath. Freezing rooms with the advice that we should "buy heaters and use them" so that we spend a fortune on electricity so that Morris Dibben can save a few pounds on repairs.
If you want to rent from a company who are not going to solve your problems, then go ahead. Choose Morris Dibben.
