Repair of small bore heating system leak

After two false enquiries, still looking for heating engineer/plumber to repair very small leak in small bore (10mm) central heating pipe at connection to radiator. Needs to drain system, cut pipe to fully drain radiator, remove pipe section and re-solder at leak and reconnect with 90 degree angle compression fitting (I think). Refill system. Pipe is external to wall and reasonably accessible. Can send photo if requested.
