Help for elderly mum

Hello
My elderly mum lives in Alfred Road, Stubbington and I'm an hours drive away in Surrey working full time. I'm sure there are lots of lovely people rallying around the community ( like in my own community) offering to help out vulnerable people with shopping, errands, prescriptions etc but not living in the area or connected via facebook to any local community assistance I am not able to pass this information on to her. Is there somewhere I can access information or help for her if needed so that that she can be reassured she will not be totally isolated during this difficult time. Thanks in advance
