What to do about missing bins?

Hello everyone
I moved to Sutton 18 months ago and I live next to a busy red route road.
During this time, I've ordered 3 ' mixed recycling ' bins from the council. I've had to reorder each time as the previous kept disappearing. I ordered the last one a few days ago and this morning , it is gone. I've finally come to the conclusion that it can't be the wind and that someone is taking it deliberately. The neighbours have their mixed recycling bins still at their door and mine contained a glass bottle so it wouldn't have flown away that easily.
What can I do about it?
