What is happening to the Helwell Bay site and the Blue Anchor Public House?

My family has been visiting Watchet and the Blue Anchor area for close to fifty years since there used to be a Baker in Watchet that made Gingerbread men so we have an interest in the area. We were due to come down last autumn but Helwell Bay closed down and when we came down a month ago on a flying visit we see that nothing is going on their so can anyone say just what is happening to the site?
Another point of interest for us is the now apparently closed Blue Anchor Pub where we noticed some static caravans on our flying visit. Can anyone say if anything has happened regarding the landslide there and if there is a Holiday Caravan site operating there?
