About Practise Yoga
Passionate about the benefits of yoga both for the physical body and the mind, I studied for my British Wheel if Yoga level 4 Teacher Training Diploma, qualifying in April 2016. The BWY is the recognised body for yoga in the UK and recognised by Sports England and offers all BWY teachers insurance.
My classes are open and inclusive and include mobilisation and warming of the body, followed by an asana sequence, ending with relaxation and pranayama.
Yoga is a practise and suitable for everybody, modifications are offered and I will encourage you to choose the level that you feel is right for your own body.

8pm-9.15pm
Classes start on 6th September.
First class free to all new students - £8 drop in cost or 5 class block for £35
