I’m looking for a window cleaner and a gardener for tiny cottage in Wirksworth, can anyone help?

I have a small cottage on Greenhill and whilst I can manage some of the windows from the outside there are some that I can’t reach, so I’d like to find a regular window cleaner.
There’s also a small garden which needs taking care of, not a lot of work but I’m struggling to find the time.
